Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify and assess project risks.
• Lead and motivate project teams.

Skills Needed:

Candidates resume should be more focused on Program Manager . Skills that are needed to be in the resume are

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 5 years of experience in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• 5 years of experience in Project Planning and Execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Wrike).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
